Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide thorough medical consultations with patients of all ages.
• Diagnose and treat a wide range of acute and chronic medical conditions.
• Prescribe appropriate medications or treatments.
• Order, perform and interpret diagnostic tests.
• Refer patients to specialists or other healthcare providers where appropriate.
• Provide ongoing management of chronic illness and preventative care.
• Develop and implement treatment care plans for individual patient needs.
• Offer advice on lifestyle changes and health maintenance.
• Supervise and support trainee GPs and medical students.
• Commitment to continuous professional development.
