Modality Partnership, Smethwick Medical Centre, West Midlands, is seeking a salaried GP to join a supportive multidisciplinary team and develop in an established teaching and training environment.

You will provide face-to-face, telephone, and digital consultations, manage acute and chronic conditions, and support preventative health while contributing to service development and patient care.

Competenze

• Full GMC registration.
• CCST in Primary Care (UK).
• Eligible to work in the UK.
• On the UK GP Performers List.
• MRCGP (desirable).
• Full UK driving licence / access to a vehicle.

Mansioni

• Providing face-to-face, telephone, and digital consultations.
• Managing acute and chronic health conditions.
• Undertaking home visits where required.
• Supporting preventative healthcare and health promotion.
• Completing associated clinical administration.
• Working collaboratively within the practice and wider partnership.
• Empowering patients to manage their own health and wellbeing.
