Job summary

Prospect Health in Marlborough is seeking a GP for a salaried position, with an optional view to Partnership. The role is commutable from Swindon, Salisbury and Andover, with ample on-site parking and a strong work-life balance.

You will join a permanent clinical team, offering 4–8 sessions per week with flexible hours around childcare, and perform a Low duty Doctor role with minimal home visits while contributing to registrar training.

Qualifications

• Must be GMC registered and on the performers list.

Responsibilities

• Grow a patient list of just over 8,000 with a permanent clinical team.
• Offer 4–8 sessions per week with flexible working hours around childcare.
• Work within a strong existing team of Permanent GPs.
• Perform a Low duty Doctor role with minimal home visits.
• Assist in a successful training practice.
