Job summary

Wyre Forest Health Partnership is recruiting for a salaried GP to join a large, supportive partnership in Worcestershire. The role offers structured support, a multidisciplinary team, and opportunities to teach, research and lead service improvements.

Qualifications

• Evidence of continuous development.
• Experience of working within Primary Care.
• Experience of working independently.
• Auditing practices compliance against NICE technology assessment guidance.
• Previous experience/equivalent in Primary Care/GP practice role.
• Demonstrable track record of achievement in quality, patient safety and patient experience.
• Experience of effective partnership and working with internal and external stakeholders.
• Highly motivated.
• Flexibility.
• Team player.
• Ability to work across boundaries.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality, patient-centred care within a well-supported clinical environment.
• Provide GP services with visiting and practice management support to maintain a healthy work-life balance.
• Contribute to teaching, research, quality improvement and leadership activities.
• Participate in portfolio careers and funded non-clinical sessions where appropriate.
• Engage in professional development, appraisal and revalidation processes.
