Tonbridge Medical Group is seeking an enthusiastic 6 session salaried GP to join a happy, passionate team in Tonbridge. The role involves autonomous clinical work, routine surgery clinics (up to 14 patient contacts) and active participation in the duty doctor rota.

Responsibilities

• Work as autonomous practitioner, providing high-quality medical services to patients.
• Manage a range of health needs within a primary care setting, ensuring the highest standards of clinical care and professionalism.
• Conduct routine surgery clinics (max 14 patient contacts) and participate in the duty doctor rota.
• Keep up-to-date and support through education and career development.
• For newly qualified GPs, grow in confidence, develop clinical expertise, and build a rewarding long-term career.
• List based care, capped per session and not strictly enforced.
