Job summary

Stuart Road Surgery is inviting applications for a salaried GP to join our expanding clinical team in Pontefract. Newly qualified GPs are welcome, including those requiring tier 2 sponsorship. We are considering applicants for 6 sessions per week.

Salary is competitive and negotiable, dependent on experience. Please include salary expectations when applying. The post includes morning and afternoon sessions with on-call duties and potential home visits.

Qualifications

• GP with GMC registration and current practice.
• Newly qualified or about to qualify considered.
• 6 sessions per week considered.

Responsibilities

• Provide surgery consultations, telephone consultations and home visits.
• Check and sign repeat prescriptions.
• Deal with queries, both over the telephone and in person.
• Record notes and manage care plans for patients.
