Job summary

Pembroke Medical Group is recruiting a salaried GP to work four to six sessions weekly, managing a patient caseload with both surgery and telephone consultations. The post includes home visits, repeat and acute prescribing, and involvement in clinical audit.

Applicants should be qualified GPs with MRCGP and UK GMC registration, and have experience in primary care. Visa sponsorship is available; portfolio options within the local Integrated Care Team are offered.

Qualifications

• Qualified GP with MRCGP.
• Full GMC registration in the UK.
• Eligibility to practise independently in the UK.
• Minimum two years as a salaried GP.

Responsibilities

• Manage a caseload through surgery and telephone consultations.
• Carry out home visits and prescribe as required.
• Make autonomous clinical decisions within practice protocols.
• Record clear consultation notes to agreed standards.
• Contribute to clinical audit and data collection.
• Coordinate with the Integrated Care Team as needed.
