Orchard Croft Medical Centre in Horbury, near Wakefield, is seeking an enthusiastic GP to join our established, friendly team.

We are a GMS practice with a list size of 10,600 patients and a strong multidisciplinary approach. You will assess, diagnose, plan and manage patient care, prescribe medications, and promote healthy lifestyles within evidence-based guidelines.

Qualificações

• UK GMC-registered GP with a valid licence to practise.
• Experience in primary care and managing complex cases.
• Commitment to evidence-based practice and team collaboration.

Responsabilidades

• Assess, diagnose, plan and implement care for patients with undifferentiated or complex presentations
• Conduct holistic clinical examinations and develop appropriate management plans
• Manage acute and chronic conditions using evidence based approaches
• Proactively identify and support patients at risk of long term conditions
• Prescribe and review medications in line with national and practice guidelines
• Provide clear information on treatment plans, medication use and selfcare
• Prioritise and manage urgent or emergency situations effectively
• Promote healthy lifestyle choices and health promotion strategies

We are a GMS practice with a list size of 10,600 patients, located in the historic township of Horbury just 6 miles from Wakefield and minutes from J40 of the M1., Clinical Practice
