We welcome both newly qualified and experienced GPs. We are also a GP training practice, offering a supportive learning environment.

Main duties of the job

What we offer

• Total triage, document management, and care navigation, reducing admin burden on clinicians

• Practice pharmacist for prescription queries and tasks
• Strong PCN support, including pharmacist, care home coordinator, social prescriber, and link workers based in the same building
• Extended Access support, including:
  • Healthy Minds practitioner
  • Virtual MSK and medicines management
  • Saturday Hub (GP/Nurse/HCA clinics )
• Weekly clinical meetings and daily informal coffee catch-ups
• Capped contacts of 13 TO 15 per session to ensure a manageable workload
• Dedicated admin GP/pharmacist support to protect clinical time

Job responsibilities

Tosupport the GP partners in the Practice to manage a busy, interesting clinicalcaseload. The appointee will also have the opportunity to take part in leadingon key disease areas (monitoring trends in treatment, staff training andprescribing) and assist in developing appropriate healthcare services for adiverse suburban patient list; Including Directed Enhanced Servicescommissioning, patient participation and health promotion.

To adopt, adapt and exploit the clinical systems, digital solutions and new ways of working such as online consultations, group consultations, text and email communication to engage with patients in their care.

To work as part of a full practice team that values contribution from all roles and engages to mutually support each other to provide the best patient experience.
