Granta Medical Practices, Barley, Royston, Sawston, is seeking a committed GP to join a dynamic, multidisciplinary team. You will cover multiple sites with a focus on delivering high-quality primary care while balancing life and work in a supportive, practice-driven environment.

We offer a collaborative culture, regular CPD-focused education meetings, and opportunities for development within a close-knit team near Cambridge, with excellent transport links and a strong community focus.

We are pioneers in gaining the advantages of scale whilst maintaining the best of site based work in smaller teams. Our PCN was formed following the partnership-merger of several highly respected practices into a single practice. We aim to look after our population like ‘traditional’ general practice but with the resources of a fully integrated PCN consistently behind you. Our multidisciplinary cross site team helps guide the right issue to the right professional first time – enabling GPs to enjoy being GPs. We are just the right size and are committed to shaping and deliveringexcellence in primary care for our 58,000 patients whilst being sustainable and rewarding for our fantastic team.

We are proud to be one of a select percentage of practices nationally to hold a CQC ‘outstanding’ rating over sequential inspection cycles.

All six of our sitesare inclose proximity to historic Cambridge, excellent schools, beautiful countryside and wide-ranging pubs/restaurants. We also enjoy terrific transport links to the rest of the country and beyond – with Stansted airport only a 20min drive from the centre of our practice area.

What we are looking for

• 7 sessions – 5 to cover Barley and Market Hill (managed as a single site in Granta) and 2 to cover Sawston on a Friday
• Team-worker with a passion for working in multidisciplinary general practice
• Varied experience/interests are welcome – adding to our expanding skill mix
• Resilience with the ability to manage life and work – we value life skills as much as those on a CV
