Main duties of the job

Conducting face to face and virtual appointments

Processing PATCHS clinical queries and telephone triage

Participating in the on call rota and the triage lead in the Appointment Hub

Admin - arising directly from your caseload (referrals, investigations, results) and indirectly (reports, medicals, etc)

We operate in a large and modern purpose built medical centre with free parking in the LS8 area of Leeds.

Our skill mix is equally diverse. In addition to 11 GPs, 3 nurses, 2 Health Care Assistants and a Phlebotomist, we also have our own Pharmacy Technician and Mental Health Practitioner.

The clinical team are supported by a talented team of receptionists and administrators led by a Pateint Services Manager, an Operations Manager and a Business Manager.
