The NHS is seeking two passionate salaried GPs to provide high standards of patient care in an expanding practice. Join a dynamic team delivering comprehensive services using modern general practice approaches and to be part of quality improvement initiatives.
We have anopportunity for 2 salaried GPs to join our expanding practices. Thepartnership has recently taken over Manston surgery to now run both practices.Our experienced leadership team is helping to deliver modern general practicetaking advantage of at scale working while also maintaining consistent patientcare from teams that know patients well. We are an advanced training practiceand support a range of allied health professionals, working closely with ourPCN to deliver comprehensive patient care.
We are looking for salaried GPs to join our practice who are passionate about patient care and quality improvement. We utilise modern general practice approach with non-clinical triage of appointments. We utilise a range of digital tools to improve the services we can offer while also making sure no one is excluded by our approach.
The post-holderswill be key members of our team, and deal with a wide range of health needs ina primary care setting, ensuring the highest standards of care for allregistered and temporary patients. We have a shared team approach, supportingeach other in patient care and ensuring fair work distribution. We have regularclinical team meetings each week. Between both practices we have 15,000patients, with GPs predominantly working within one of the two practices.There are opportunities to develop quality improvement and leadership skills aswe develop the practices.
