Stanley Health Centre are looking for a Salaried GP with consideration for future partnership 3-4 sessions per week. We are looking for a dynamic and forward-thinking GP interested in a salaried position to join our friendly well established practice. We hope to recruit someone who will contribute to providing high quality patient centered care to our patient population. Support for CPD and special interests, six weeks holiday and study leave entitlement.
Evolving team of Network employed pharmacists, pharmacy technicians, Physician Associates, First Contact Practitioners, Home visiting Paramedics and Care Coordinators/Social Prescribers which reduce our workload.

Stanley Health Centre is situated in the center of Stanley on the northern edge of Wakefield between Pinderfields Hospital and the M62 with excellent access to the motorways.
The post-holder willmanage a caseload and deal with a wide range of health needs in a primary caresetting, ensuring the highest standards of care for all our registered patients. As a member of the team you will be expectedto set an example to others, assist in education and training and to play afull role in target achievement and service development.
We are a GMS practice with a list size of 7100 patients. We do not hold a Visa Sponsorship licence. Our experienced clinical team includes 2 Partners, 1 Salaried GP, 2 ANPs, 2 Practice Nurses, 1 Health Care Assistant and a Phlebotomist. Very supportive/experienced admin and secretarial staff. We are part of the local network with a high QOF achievement. We also participate in all local enhanced services and achieved an overall Good with outstanding in some areas in our most recent CQC inspection. Teaching practice for students from Leeds University. Modern purpose built premises, SystmOne clinical system.
Day to day clinical duties will comprise of 10 minute appointments split between Telephone appointments, Face to Face appointments, online consultations and admin time.
Other associated medical administration work e.g. prescriptions, path links and test results.
Any urgent calls and on-call duties on a rota basis
