Capita is seeking a Safety Risk Manager to lead risk identification, assessment, and control within a national Army collective training programme. Hybrid role with in-person days in Warminster, requiring UK Security Clearance at BPSS level.
You will oversee safety risk management for training delivery, conduct PHI&A analyses, and maintain the Safety Risk Register in line with JSPs. Collaborative leadership across senior stakeholders is essential.

We're looking for an experienced Risk Manager to play a key role in The Army Collective Training System, leading the identification, assessment and management of risk across a complex and highly regulated training environment. Working closely with senior leaders and stakeholders, you'll help shape a proactive risk culture, provide expert advice on risk exposure, and ensure the right controls are in place to support safe, effective and successful delivery.
