North London NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a Band 4 Safety Administrator to provide administrative support across Health and Safety, Fire Safety, and Security. You will coordinate governance arrangements, meetings, agendas, papers and minutes, and maintain action trackers and safety records.

Working with the Safety Department and Associate Director, you will manage correspondence, assist with assurance reports and audits, and support policy development, sharing information across Trust

• Manage correspondence, and collate information for assurance reports, audits and inspections.
• Support governance arrangements across Health and Safety, Fire Safety and Security functions.
• Assist with preparation of evidence for internal and external audits and inspections.
