HEINEKEN UK Supply Chain in Tadcaster is seeking a Safety & Environment professional to lead site compliance under the Safety and Environmental Manager, delivering ISO 14001/45001 aligned plans and permit management while deputising for the Safety Manager.

You will review risk assessments, conduct audits, prepare for cross-site and certification audits, support safety training, KPI reporting, and drive environmental improvements with collaboration across teams and regulators.

Qualifikationen

• Safety or Environmental qualification such as NEBOSH General Certificate or ISEP membership.
• Proficiency in Power BI and/or Excel for data analysis, reporting and dashboard creation.
• Exposure to safety improvement projects or initiatives.

Aufgaben

• Act as secondary contact with external agencies and regulators and assist investigations.
• Review risk assessments and keep safety documents up to date.
• Carry out audits and prepare for annual cross-site compliance audits.
• Provide information for site safety and management meetings and chair groups.
• Complete safety and environment reports and monthly KPI reports.
• Support safety training programs and environmental permit compliance.
