Job summary
Sanctuary Group in Liverpool is seeking a Compliance Caretaker to join our North Estate Services team. The role involves testing fire alarms, ELT, and water tests across schemes and sites in the area. It is a lone-working position, 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday.
You will carry out risk assessments, ensure tools are maintained, provide clear progress information, and keep accurate records. A full UK driving licence is required to drive a company vehicle.
Qualifications
- Experience in a similar role or completing similar tasks.
- Practical experience with hand tools and light machinery.
- Ability to meet deadlines and prioritise workloads.
- Knowledge of Health and Safety legislation.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Full UK driving licence required for company vehicle use.
Responsibilities
- Carry out risk assessments to identify and report potential maintenance issues.
- Ensure tools and equipment are maintained and used in line with policies and regulations.
- Provide accurate and timely information on progress with clear customer communication.
- Maintain daily work records to meet organisational standards.
