• Comprehensive knowledge of Part 145 and associated requirements and procedures.
• 5+ years of relevant work experience in airframe and component maintenance.
• Relevant training qualifications such as Quality Auditing, Root Cause Analysis and Part 145 are desirable.
• Previous Form 4 approval would be advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with Part-145 regulatory requirements and aviation legislation.

About the Role

On behalf of our client, a well-established and highly regarded rotary organisation, we are recruiting a Safety and Compliance Manager to support ongoing operations. Key Responsibilities

The Role:

• Ensure compliance with Part-145 regulatory requirements and associated aviation legislation.
• Oversee the implementation and maintenance of the organisation’s Safety and Compliance Management Systems.
• Monitor compliance with company procedures, regulatory standards and approved maintenance practices.
• Conduct internal audits and inspections to ensure continued regulatory compliance.
• Identify non-conformities, coordinate corrective actions and monitor their effective implementation.
• Lead root cause analysis investigations and support the development of preventative measures.
• Maintain accurate compliance documentation, audit records and regulatory reports.
• Provide guidance and support to staff on safety, quality assurance and regulatory compliance matters.
• Liaise with relevant aviation authorities, including the UK CAA and EASA, as required.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance safety, quality and operational efficiency.
• Promote a positive safety culture and ensure compliance standards are embedded throughout the organisation.
• Support the maintenance and development of Part-145 procedures, policies and associated documentation.

Candidate Requirements

Essential:

• Comprehensive knowledge of Part 145 and associated requirements and procedures
• At least 5 years of relevant work experience in both airframe and component maintenance
• Relevant training qualifications desired such as, Quality Auditing, Root Cause Analysis and Part 145
• Previous Form 4 approval would be an advantage
