LondonBet is recruiting a Compliance Analyst to support the Compliance team in meeting UKGC obligations. This hands-on role emphasizes Safer Gambling and AML, monitoring activity, reviewing cases and communicating with customers via email, live chat and phone.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in a compliance role within iGaming with direct UKGC experience
• Strong knowledge of UK Safer Gambling requirements and affordability considerations
• Experience with AML/CFT in remote gambling and relevant controls
• Experience implementing/completing compliance policies, procedures and internal controls
• Familiarity with AML/KYC screening and transaction monitoring tools
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English, empathetic approach with customers

Responsibilities

• Monitor compliance with UKGC Licensing Conditions and Codes of Practice
• Support Safer Gambling and AML/CFT policy implementation and ongoing development
• Monitor customer accounts, identify risk, and carry out interventions
• Conduct risk profiling and review due diligence documentation
• Communicate clearly with customers regarding Safer Gambling and due diligence
• Maintain accurate records of interactions and compliance activity
• Collaborate with Customer Support and other teams to promote compliance culture
• Stay up to date with regulatory requirements and contribute to process improvements
