Job summary

Betfred Group Holdings Limited is seeking a dedicated Safer Gambling Executive to protect customers and ensure regulatory compliance. The role involves identifying, assessing, and engaging with customers at risk, conducting risk assessments, and applying Safer Gambling measures.

You will work with internal teams to ensure consistent customer protection and contribute to a fast-paced, data-driven environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in a Safer Gambling, Compliance, or customer-facing role preferred.
• Strong understanding of risk indicators and responsible gambling practices.
• Excellent communication skills for sensitive conversations.
• Ability to analyse data and make informed, risk-based decisions.
• Comfortable in a fast-paced operational environment with high volumes.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain records.

Responsibilities

• Conduct Safer Gambling risk assessments on customers meeting thresholds or alerts.
• Review customer activity and patterns to identify potential indicators of harm.
• Use internal tools and data to assess risk and determine next steps.
• Maintain accurate records of reviews and actions taken.
• Provide guidance to Customer Service on Safer Gambling inquiries.
• Collaborate with CS, CDD, AML, Fraud, and Payments teams.
