Job summary

DragonBet is hiring a Compliance Analyst in Cardiff to support the business in meeting UK Gambling Commission obligations. You will monitor activity, perform risk reviews, and liaise with customers via email, live chat and phone.

The role focuses on Safer Gambling and AML/CFT, working closely with teams to apply policies and maintain robust controls. You will document all compliance activity, stay current with regulatory changes, and contribute to continuous improvement of our processes while

Qualifications

  • 2+ years' experience in a compliance role within iGaming or betting
  • Strong knowledge of UK Safer Gambling requirements and affordability assessments
  • Good understanding of AML/CFT for remote gambling
  • Experience with compliance policies, procedures and internal controls
  • Familiarity with AML/KYC screening and transaction monitoring tools
  • Excellent written and verbal communication in English

Responsibilities

  • Monitor compliance with UKGC Licensing Conditions and Codes of Practice (LCCP)
  • Support the development and implementation of Safer Gambling and AML/CFT policies
  • Review customer activity, identify risk indicators and intervene when needed
  • Conduct customer risk profiling and due diligence reviews
  • Communicate clearly and empathetically with customers about Safer Gambling
  • Maintain accurate records of interactions, incidents and compliance activity
  • Collaborate with Customer Support and other teams to promote a culture of compliance
  • Stay up to date with regulatory requirements and improve our processes and controls
