Job summary

The Priory Ruskin Academy in Grantham is seeking a qualified Safeguarding and Pastoral Link Officer on a maternity cover to support student welfare. You will work with safeguarding and pastoral teams, liaise with outside agencies and families, and initiate Early Help Assessments to secure the best outcomes for pupils.

The role requires GCSE English and Maths (A-C), computer literacy (Word, Outlook, Excel), and a commitment to safeguarding.

Qualifications

• GCSE English and Maths grade A-C or equivalent.
• Computer literacy including MS Word, Outlook and Excel.
• Commitment to promoting welfare of children and willingness to undertake training.
• Experience with safeguarding/pastoral teams is desirable.

Responsibilities
