What will be expected from me? Under the guidance and directions of the Business Support Manager, provide day to day operational management of Business Support staff, based at several locations, ensuring work priorities and the needs of the cluster base, Family Time contact centre and teams are met. To lead a high performing team who will act as ambassadors for our Wakefield Families Together integration vision.
