The Group brings the organisations together under a single Board and Executive Leadership Team to better coordinate services in both community and hospital settings. The role involves working closely with clinical and operational leads to address staffing risks, support escalation processes, and contribute to workforce planning and recruitment initiatives. The Matron will provide visible leadership on wards and in community settings, supporting teams with guidance on safe staffing standards, compliance with relevant policies, and continuous improvement in patient experience.
