United Lincolnshire Hospitals NHS Trust is recruiting a Safe Staffing & Workforce Assurance Matron to provide expert nursing leadership for safe staffing across the organisation. You will lead complex workforce decisions and advise during operational pressure while ensuring staffing remains safe and patient care is prioritized.
You’ll develop an organisation wide perspective using workforce intelligence to identify risks and build capability, enabling nurses to apply safe staffing principles
Qualifications
- Registered Nurse (relevant field) with current UK registration.
- Degree in Nursing or equivalent level qualification/experience.
- Evidence of ongoing continuous professional development.
- Leadership development through a recognised programme or equivalent.
- Master's level study or equivalent experience in nursing.
Responsabilités
- Lead operational safe staffing arrangements across multiple services.
- Provide professional advice during periods of operational pressure.
- Use workforce intelligence to identify risks and support nursing leaders.
- Coach and develop nursing leaders, embedding consistent approaches.
- Embed evidence based staffing and governance across the organisation.
