Job summary
United Lincolnshire Teaching Hospitals NHS Trust is seeking a Safe Staffing & Workforce Assurance Matron to provide senior nursing leadership for safe staffing across our services. You will work with matrons and executives to steer workforce decisions, applying professional judgement and workforce intelligence.

Qualifications
- Degree in Nursing or equivalent level qualification/experience.
- Evidence of ongoing continuous professional development.
- Master's level study or equivalent experience in a relevant nursing field.
- Knowledge of safe staffing, workforce deployment and governance.
Responsibilities
- Provide expert professional nursing leadership for safe staffing across the organisation.
- Lead and support complex workforce decisions and operational staffing.
- Develop organisational perspective using workforce intelligence and professional judgement.
- Coach and develop nursing leaders, embedding consistent staffing approaches.
- Collaborate across ULHT sites to deliver safe, high quality care.
