Buckinghamshire Mind is seeking a Safe Haven Crisis Support Worker to join the out-of-hours service in Buckinghamshire. The role supports individuals in emotional or mental health crisis in a calm, safe environment, and involves initial assessments and referrals where needed.
Hours are 24 per week (Sunday to Wednesday) with a flexible admin time; location is Aylesbury with some travel to High Wycombe. Competitive pro-rata salary and enhanced late-evening pay apply.

The Safe Haven Crisis Support Worker is responsible for supporting individuals experiencing an emotional or mental health crisis, offering support in a calm, safe and empathic environment.

Travel expenses will only be paid for journeys that fall outside of the regular commute to and from the work location(s). If the role is home-based, all travel will be paid for on expenses.
