Creative Force is seeking a sharp, self-driven SaaS professional who thrives in async/remote environments and handles API/integration questions with ease. The role targets candidates in the UTC+1 or UTC+2 window, capable of juggling multiple threads without breaking a sweat.

You’ll be the first point of contact for inbound support via email, tickets, phone, and live chat, running 1-1 Zoom sessions and working with engineering to resolve issues.

Qualifikationen

• Based in UTC+1 or UTC+2 time zone range; no shift work.
• 2+ years of experience in SaaS support or client-facing role.
• Native-level English fluency.
• Familiar with HTML, CSS, JS, APIs, integrations, dev console, staging & production environments, GitHub repositories and database queries.

Aufgaben

• Be the first point of contact for inbound support via email/tickets, phone, and live chat.
• Conduct 1-1 Zoom sessions for technical consultation and issue resolution.
• Maintain fast first-reply times and provide technically accurate responses.
• Collaborate with engineering to squash bugs and update clients promptly.
• Identify patterns in user issues and flag improvements.
