Responsibilities

• Prospecting and identifying potential new customers.
• Speaking with decision-makers through outbound calls.
• Using tools such as LinkedIn and our CRM to find and engage prospects.
• Asking great questions to understand customer challenges.
• Qualifying potential sales opportunities.
• Booking meetings and creating opportunities for our wider Sales team.
• Working towards individual activity, pipeline and performance targets.
• Developing your knowledge of IRIS, our customers and our software.
• Working within a supportive, competitive and high-energy sales environment.
