Client Server Ltd. in Reigate is seeking a Software Release Manager (CI/CD Automation SaaS) to lead how software is packaged, released, and presented to customers.

This role combines hands-on release management with modernising release practices across a growing SaaS estate. You will manage day-to-day releases for an assigned product stack, coordinate risks and dependencies, and drive release readiness while reducing release toil through better CI/CD pipelines and automation.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in release management for SaaS.
• Experience improving CI/CD in complex environments.
• Strong communication and stakeholder influence.
• Technical understanding of cloud deployments and security.

Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day releases for assigned product stack.
• Coordinate risks, dependencies and release readiness across teams.
• Improve CI/CD pipelines and release automation.
