Job summary

Saffery LLP is seeking a Project Manager to drive end-to-end change initiatives, including HRIS-related changes, across the firm. You will manage scope, budgets, and risks, liaising with HR, Payroll, Finance and IT stakeholders to implement or enhance HR systems and embed new processes.

The role involves coordinating delivery lifecycle activities, including user acceptance testing, go-live readiness and BAU transition, with a strong focus on stakeholder engagement and governance.

Qualifications

• A Project Manager with broad experience in delivering end-to-end projects.
• Strong ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders.
• Proven capability to drive change and embed new processes.
• Comfort with governance, reporting, and risk management.

Responsibilities

• Project manage various sized projects from planning through post-implementation handover.
• Define scope, objectives, timelines, resources and budgets for delivery.
• Conduct business analysis on large projects and develop change programmes.
• Collaborate with third-party vendors to source solutions and manage contracts.
• Create and maintain project documents including plans, budgets, risk registers and communications plans.
• Lead project meetings and coordinate internal and external teams and suppliers.
• Ensure objectives are met, deliverables on time and on budget, with quality standards.
• Deliver effective change management to embed new systems and processes across the firm.
