Job summary

Kinetic is seeking a Project Manager on a 6-month fixed term contract to lead customer implementations in higher education, conferences and events software. You will coordinate across customers, consultants, and internal teams to ensure on-time, within-scope delivery while optimizing value and outcomes.

You will oversee budgeting, governance and risk management, with responsibility for multiple concurrent projects and a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• PRINCE2/APM/PMQ/PMP or equivalent qualification is required.
• Experience delivering software implementation projects.
• Strong ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of customer implementations across student and commercial projects.
• Oversee change requests and manage scope, timelines and cost.
• Take ownership of project scope, timelines, budgets and commercial performance.
• Create and manage detailed project timelines in Monday.com and Jira backlogs.
• Manage project administration in Salesforce, including budget tracking and billing.
• Utilise AI tools to automate and optimise workflows and daily project admin.
• Facilitate project governance including RAID logs, change logs, status reports and client meetings.
• Manage customer stakeholders and proactively address expectations.
• Identify and mitigate risks, dependencies and changes to protect commercial outcomes.
• Monitor revenue, margins and billable utilisation across projects.
• Collaborate with Professional Services, Cloud Operations, Technical Services, Product and Support.
• Support pre-sales activities and pipeline planning when needed.
