Job summary

Tiro Partners Limited is seeking a hands-on Product Manager to own new SaaS initiatives from 0→1 in a small, growing company based West of London. You’ll prototype, validate with customers and shape a product customers actually use, with genuine ownership as the business grows.

Role focuses on prototyping, customer discovery and translating needs into practical solutions with cross-functional teams. Onsite 2 days per week, salary up to £75k, in a dynamic SaaS/B2B environment.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Product Manager in a SaaS / B2B software environment.
• Proven experience taking products or significant features from 0→1.
• Hands-on approach to prototyping, experimentation and validation.
• Strong customer discovery and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work closely with engineers and translate problems into practical solutions.

Responsibilities

• Own new product initiatives from 0→1.
• Identify customer problems and turn them into product opportunities.
• Build rapid prototypes to test ideas before heavy development.
• Speak with customers to understand needs, test assumptions and validate solutions.
• Work with engineering, design and commercial teams to take ideas to launch.
• Define requirements, prioritize opportunities and manage the roadmap.
• Use data and feedback to make product decisions.
• Help shape product strategy and ways of working as the company grows.
