Job summary

Oliver Bernard is seeking a Founding Product Designer for an exciting early-stage B2B SaaS/AI company in London. You will own the product experience from ground up, partnering with founders and CTO to understand customer problems, shape the roadmap, run research, prototype ideas and drive launches.

The role offers a hybrid office setup (4 days in-office, 1 day WFH) and a chance to influence product direction in a fast-paced startup environment.

Qualifications

• 4+ years designing complex digital products.
• Experience in early-stage startup or high-ownership environment.
• Strong product thinking.
• Ability to work closely with engineers and understand technical constraints.
• Experience prototyping in code (Cursor, Claude Code or similar).

Founding Product Designer – Would you like the opportunity to work for an exciting early-stage B2B SaaS / AI company that is transforming how highly regulated businesses manage compliance.

They’re currently looking for their first dedicated Product Designer to take ownership of the product experience from the ground up. This is a genuine 0→1 design role, you’ll work directly with the founders and CTO to understand customer problems, shape the product roadmap, run research, prototype ideas and take products through to launch.

Requirements:

• 4+ years’ experience designing complex digital products
• Experience working in an early-stage startup or similarly high-ownership environment
• Strong product thinking
• Comfortable working closely with engineers and understanding technical constraints
• Experience prototyping in code, with tools such as Cursor, Claude Code or similar
