Job summary

Tiro Partners Limited is seeking a hands-on Product Manager to own new SaaS initiatives from 0→1 in a small, growing company based West of London. You’ll prototype, validate with customers and shape a product customers actually use, with genuine ownership as the business grows.

Role focuses on prototyping, customer discovery and translating needs into practical solutions with cross-functional teams. Onsite 2 days per week, salary up to £75k, in a dynamic SaaS/B2B environment.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Product Manager in a SaaS / B2B software environment.
• Proven experience taking products or significant features from 0→1.
• Hands-on approach to prototyping, experimentation and validation.
• Strong customer discovery and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work closely with engineers and translate problems into practical solutions.

Role: Product Manager — 0→1 SaaS | Prototyping | West of London | Up to £75k

Fancy building products rather than just managing a backlog?

We’re looking for a hands-on Product Manager to join a small, growing SaaS company based West of London.

This is a role for someone who enjoys taking an idea from “What if we…?” through prototype, customer validation and into a product customers actually use.

You’ll have genuine ownership and the opportunity to shape the direction of the product as the business grows.

What you’ll be doing

• Own new product initiatives from 0→1
• Identify customer problems and turn them into compelling product opportunities
• Build rapid prototypes to test ideas before committing significant development time
• Speak directly with customers to understand needs, test assumptions and validate solutions
• Work closely with engineering, design and commercial teams to take ideas through to launch
• Define requirements, prioritise opportunities and manage the product roadmap
• Use data, customer feedback and experimentation to make informed product decisions
• Help shape the product strategy and ways of working as the company grows

What we’re looking for
