Job summary

Upplands Brohus in London is seeking a Junior Account Manager for a high-growth SaaS data platform. This hybrid role focuses on consultative product support, onboarding new clients, conducting product demos, and assisting sales while driving customer success.

You'll work with CRM tools, analyse data to drive decisions, and help customers adopt features for better outcomes. Some UK travel and proactive collaboration are expected.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated track record as an Account Manager, Relationship Manager, or Commercial Customer Success Manager within B2B SaaS or data platforms.
• Direct experience managing complex, high-value enterprise customer relationships.
• Practical experience with CRM systems (Salesforce, HubSpot) and structured account growth frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Requirement gathering, onboarding and setup of new clients.
• Conducting product demonstrations and supporting the sales team.
• Supporting users at both a senior/strategic level and on the ground staff on a day-to-day level.
• Contributing to documentation and how-to guides and videos.
• Some (UK) travel to visit clients and represent the company at events.
• Feeding back customer and product requirements to the product and development team.
