Job summary

CoStar Group is seeking an Account Executive for Manchester to drive SaaS and services sales across AEC, CRE, and related industries. You will win new business, manage key accounts, and build a robust pipeline while achieving quarterly targets.

The role requires a proven SaaS sales track record in the UK, strong presentation skills, and the ability to operate in a fast-paced environment with regional events and client meetings.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Proven track record in UK SaaS sales with multi-year deals.
• Able to lead 10-12 customer meetings per week.
• Value-based solution selling using ROI and MEDDPICC across mid-market to enterprise deals.

Responsibilities

• Deliver and exceed quarterly SaaS and Services targets.
• Drive new business and grow selected existing accounts.
• Generate 50%+ of your own pipeline through prospecting.
• Deliver sales presentations and demos to prospects onsite and remotely.
