Job summary

T2M Resourcing Ltd is seeking an experienced P2P Process Lead to drive end-to-end process improvements within the finance function on a 6-month fixed-term contract. You will collaborate across Finance, Procurement and Shared Services to deliver changes and embed best practice.

You'll lead automation opportunities and deliver measurable efficiency gains while working with international stakeholders in a predominantly remote role with some travel for meetings.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in Purchase to Pay, Procure to Pay or Finance Operations.
• Strong P2P/Finance transformation experience.
• Experience identifying inefficient processes and implementing improvements.
• Excellent Excel skills; exposure to SAP and analytics tools.
• Experience with vendor/customer portals, data collection and analytics.

• Lead continuous improvement initiatives across the end-to-end Purchase to Pay process.
• Identify process inefficiencies and implement sustainable improvements.

P2P (Purchase to Pay) Process Lead – Finance

6-Month Fixed Term Contract

• Location: Predominately remote working with some travel for meetings.

Our client is seeking an experienced Purchase to Pay (P2P) Process Lead to join their Finance team on a 6-month fixed-term contract. This is an excellent opportunity for a finance professional with strong P2P expertise who enjoys delivering change, driving process improvements and working across a complex, fast-paced business.

Joining at a pivotal time, you'll play a key role in supporting finance transformation initiatives, improving operational efficiency and embedding best practice across the end-to-end Procure to Pay function.

The Role

Reporting into the Finance leadership team, you will lead and deliver process improvement initiatives across the Purchase to Pay lifecycle. Working collaboratively with Finance, Procurement, Shared Services and operational stakeholders, you'll identify opportunities to simplify processes, improve controls and enhance overall performance.

About You

You’ll be an experienced P2P professional with a proven track record of delivering process improvements and finance transformation initiatives.

• 5+ years’ experience within Purchase to Pay, Procure to Pay or Finance Operations.
• Strong financial and Procure to Pay management experience.
• Proven success in identifying inefficient processes and implementing effective improvements.
• Strong Excel skills together with experience of SAP, SAP BW, Power BI, Power Query or equivalent analytics tools.
• Experience of process automation and workflow optimisation.
• Experience working with vendor/customer portals, data collection and analytics.
• Strong analytical, conceptual and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent project management capability.
• Outstanding stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Experience working across multiple business functions and geographical regions.
• The ability to influence, motivate and deliver results within tight timescales.
• Additional language skills would be advantageous but are not essential.
