Diageo is seeking an experienced Science & Technology Project Manager to lead a portfolio of projects within the S&T team. You will coordinate cross-functional stakeholders to deliver projects safely, on time and within budget, influencing strategic programmes and contributing to the digital transformation agenda.

The role emphasizes governance, risk management and delivering high-quality outcomes across R&D, manufacturing and supply chain functions.

Competenze

• Qualification in Project Management, Science, Engineering, Technology, or a related field.
• Professional project management certification, while not essential, would be desirable.
• Experience supporting digital transformation, technology deployment, or business process improvement initiatives.
• Cross-functional experience across R&D, manufacturing, supply chain, quality, or technology functions.

Mansioni

• Lead and manage a portfolio of projects across Science & Technology from initiation to completion.
• Develop robust project plans, timelines, budgets, and resource requirements.
• Stakeholder engagement — provide regular progress updates to leadership teams and key stakeholders.
• Ensure governance, risk management, issue resolution, and stakeholder engagement throughout lifecycles.
• Drive project execution with focus on quality, compliance and business outcomes.
• Build relationships with stakeholders across Science & Technology, Supply Chain, Digital & Technology, R&D and other functions.
• Support planning, coordination and delivery of Science Futures projects and initiatives.
• Support the implementation of the Science & Technology digital strategy.
