Appello is seeking a S&P Planning Manager in the UK on a 6-month fixed-term contract. The role focuses on leading demand planning, improving forecast accuracy, and coordinating cross-functional planning within a hybrid UK office setup.

You will manage day-to-day S&P processes, align historical trends with commercial forecasts, and provide actionable insights to support inventory, purchasing decisions, and working capital performance.

Qualifications

• Experience leading S&P/Demand Planning processes.
• Analytical with large datasets and advanced Excel skills.
• Ability to influence stakeholders and translate data into insights.
• Commercial awareness and continuous improvement mindset.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day S&P planning and process improvement.
• Consolidate historical trends and forecasts into a single view.
• Translate demand forecasts into supply planning actions.
