Job summary

Vodafone is seeking a Demand Planning Specialist for a 12-month fixed-term contract in London with hybrid working. You will own forecasting for selected vendors and channels, turning data into actionable insights to drive stock efficiency and sales targets.

You will collaborate across Commercial, Trading and Supply Chain, leveraging Excel and Power BI to influence decisions and improve planning processes. A strong analytical mindset and stakeholder collaboration are essential.

Qualifications

Proven experience in demand planning/forecast/analytics
Advanced Excel skills; Power BI experience
Strong stakeholder management and teamwork

Responsibilities

Own weekly SKU-level sales forecasts for selected vendors and channels.
Turn data into clear, confident recommendations for demand plans and stock decisions.
Analyze customer behaviour and pricing dynamics to understand device performance.
Collaborate with Commercial, Trading, Supply Chain and vendor teams on BAU, NPI and promotional demand.
Support delivery of quarterly deals, financial targets and forecasts, escalating risks as needed.
Present plans to senior leaders and drive alignment at monthly/quarterly sign-offs.
Participate in S&OP discussions for vendor portfolios.
Lead or contribute to process improvements for smarter demand planning.
