The Belfry Hotel & Resort in Sutton Coldfield is seeking a Demi Chef de Partie for the Ryder Restaurant kitchen. You will focus on the À la Carte menu, with five and a half hours' preparation time Monday to Saturday, following specification sheets to ready items for service.

Ideal candidates have experience in a fine dining kitchen and strong communication and presentation skills. You will work under guidance of kitchen management, take ownership of your section, and help maintain rigorous

• Experience in a fine dining kitchen preferred.
• Knowledge of COSHH and HACCP requirements.
• Ability to work under pressure in a busy service period.

Responsibilities

• Set up and prepare menu items for the section to support food service.
• Cook and deliver dishes using high-quality, locally sourced ingredients.
• Maintain allergen awareness and safe food storage practices (COSHH/HACCP).
• Run a section during busy service and support teammates for fast, accurate delivery.
• Clear and clean your section to ensure compliance and hygiene.
