Qualifications

• We are seeking a HLTA with strong phonics, early reading and assessment experience.
• Experience supporting children with a range of needs and barriers to learning.
• Ability to use data to improve provision and pupil outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Plan, prepare and deliver engaging activities for individuals and groups.
• Monitor and report pupil progress, ensuring wellbeing and inclusion.
• Lead and develop teaching support, mentoring staff, and interventions.
• Coordinate phonics delivery and track progress across learners.
• Work with SENDCo and pastoral teams to meet needs and close gaps.
