Job summary

This lovely practice in the Stevenage area is seeking a qualified and enthusiastic Registered Veterinary Nurse (RVN) to join its friendly, supportive team on a permanent, full-time basis.

The clinic operates a four-day week with shifts of 9.5 hours, and a one-in-six weekend rota. You will perform daily nurse consultations, assist with at least two surgical procedures on most days, and support reception and administrative duties within a close-knit team.

Qualifications

• Qualified and enthusiastic RVN with a passion for patient care.
• Daily nurse consultations and support in routine and surgical procedures.
• Proactive team player across clinical nursing, reception cover and admin.

Responsibilities

• Conduct daily nurse consultations and assist with at least two surgical procedures most days.
• Contribute across the practice including reception cover and administrative tasks.
• Support high standards of patient care with in-house X-ray, biochemistry and hematology facilities.
• Collaborate with a friendly, close-knit team in a varied caseload environment.
