Job summary

Gardner Llewelyn is seeking a passionate experienced RVN for a growing small animal practice with two state-of-the-art hospitals. The role offers a 4-day week (40 hours) and a mix of early to late shifts to cover surgical and medical care.

You will look after a variety of patients, handle emergencies, and contribute to daytime weekend rota, bank holidays, and on-call shifts, in a supportive team aimed at high standards of patient welfare.

Qualifications

• Must be a registered veterinary nurse (RVN) with current registration.
• Experience in both surgical and medical cases.
• Willing to participate in daytime weekend rota, bank holidays and on-call rota.

Job description

Our client are a growing small animal practice with 2 state-of-the-art hospitals who are expanding their team and are looking for a passionate, experienced RVN . This is an opportunity for the right candidate to use all their nursing skills and experience in a positive surgical and medical environment, looking after a variety of patients and dealing with emergencies.

Our RVNs typically work a 4-day week, totalling 40 hours. They usually work a mixture of shifts (7.30am-6pm, 8.30am-7pm and 9.30am-8pm). Everyone contributes to the daytime weekend rota, bank holidays and on call rota
