Job summary

Swayne & Partners in Long Melford, Suffolk, seeks a Registered Veterinary Nurse (RVN) to join our close-knit team. This is a full-time, 40-hour week role across 4 or 5 days, with a 8:00am–7:00pm pattern and a potential Saturday rota at our Bury St Edmunds site.

You will work alongside our experienced surgeons and nursing team in theatre nursing, inpatient care, nurse consultations, and client education, maintaining high standards across practice life.

Qualifications

• Theatre nursing, surgical preparation and recovery.
• Inpatient care and patient monitoring.
• Nurse consultations and preventative healthcare.
• Client education and supporting owners with their pets’ ongoing care.
• General patient care and supporting the wider veterinary team.
• Maintaining high standards across all areas of practice life.
