Job summary

ICS-digital is seeking a Russian-speaking Translation Project Manager to join our UK team, focused on delivering high-quality language services that align with digital strategy. You will work closely with Client Account Managers and a global network of freelance linguists, coordinating translation projects across 100+ languages and using CAT tools to optimise workflows.

The role is a fixed-term 12 months, full-time position with hybrid working and a salary of £25,000–£27,500 depending on

Qualifications

• Native-level Russian and advanced level of English or equivalent.
• Degree in translation, languages or linguistics, or 2 years of PM experience in a Translation Service Provider.
• Awareness and/or experience in the translation industry.
• Familiarity with CAT tools and their role in the translation workflow.
• Excellent time management and ability to prioritise in a fast-paced agency environment.

Responsibilities

• Translation project management across a wide range of sectors.
• Provide full support to Client Account Managers in all translation services aspects.
• Coordinate a team of freelance linguists, assign content and monitor output.
• Work directly with CAT tools and localization software.
