Latin Link is seeking a Translation Project Manager for a full-time remote role. You will oversee translation projects from request to delivery, coordinate translators and proofreaders, and ensure alignment with client requirements and quality standards.

Day-to-day duties include managing timelines and workloads, providing status updates to clients, handling feedback and revisions, and maintaining accurate project documentation to support efficient workflows and long-term partnerships.

Qualifications

• Strong project management across multiple translation projects.
• Solid translation skills with multilingual workflows (EN/ES/PT).
• Excellent communication with clients and internal stakeholders.
• Strong customer service, responsiveness and relationship building.
• Quality assurance with attention to style and terminology.
• Experience with translation management or CAT tools; localization basics.
• Strong organizational and time management; ability to work remotely.
• Bachelor's degree in Translation/related field (beneficial).
• Professional proficiency in EN, ES, PT is advantageous.
