Job summary

Strutt & Parker is seeking a Rural Valuer to join the Perth Team to coordinate all valuations in the area. You will lead other valuers and provide guidance, while delivering your own valuation work stream with high-quality reporting.

The role requires RICS qualification with PQE and is ideally suited to someone with rural, residential and development valuation experience. You will engage clients, network, and manage multiple portal platforms while maintaining confidentiality.

Qualifications

• RICS (with good amount of PQE)
• FAAV qualified an advantage
• Strong experience in agricultural and rural valuations
• Proficient in Word, Excel and mapping software

Responsibilities

• Undertaking valuations for a range of purposes including loan security, tax, inheritance and estate planning (rural, residential and development/planning appraisal)
• Lead other valuers and provide professional guidance and support
• Delivery of your own valuation work stream
• High quality reporting
