Job summary

Strutt & Parker seeks a Rural Valuer to join the Oxford team to coordinate valuations in the area. You will lead other valuers and provide professional guidance while delivering your own valuation work stream for rural, residential, and development projects.

We expect a RICS Registered Valuer with 5+ years in agricultural and rural valuations, strong reporting, and excellent client relations. You will manage major valuation portals and maintain high standards under pressure.

Qualifications

• RICS Registered Valuer required.
• Experience in agricultural and rural residential valuations (5+ years).
• Strong report writing and valuation delivery skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate valuations for the Oxford area across rural, residential and development/planning projects.
• Lead other valuers, providing professional guidance and support.
• Deliver your own valuation work stream and meet deadlines.
